Pintar Investment Company was founded by Jeff Pintar in May of 2009 during the depths of the Great Financial Crisis. Jeff started the firm with a single acquisition of a fix and flip home in San Jacinto, CA via the courthouse steps. The home was $150K and began a business that has scaled immensely over the last 11 years.

Headquartered in beautiful Southern California we were first movers to structured investing in the area of single family residential homes at the end of the financial crisis. We have evolved over the years, just like the real estate market itself, and have broadened our scope to include a variety of residential and commercial rental properties including but not limited to single family homes, apartments and mixed used developments.
